Details

Product introduction:

titanium alloy based on titanium base to join other alloy elements. Titanium has two homogenous different crystal: titanium is the same isomer, melting point is 1668 ℃, in less than 882when the six-party lattice structure is close, known as alpha titanium; Above 882show character body centered cubic structure, known as beta titanium. Using the above two kinds of different characteristics of titanium, add the appropriate alloying elements, to gradually change the phase change temperature and the component content of titanium alloy by different organizations.

Product use: electrode, the aircraft fuselage insulation board, metal appliances, shape memory alloy, etc

Process: hot forging, hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing and pickling

(unit: theoretical density table after, g/kg/m cm after)4.50

Titanium alloy with high strength and density of small, good mechanical properties, toughness and corrosion resistance is very good. In addition, the process performance of titanium alloy is poor, machining difficulty, in the hot working, very easy to absorb hydrogen nitrogen impurities such as carbon.

And abrasion resistance is poor, complex production process. Titanium industrial production was started in 1948. The needs of the development of aviation industry, make titanium industry development with an average of about 8% a year growth. The titanium alloy processing material annual output reached 40000 tons, of nearly 30 kinds of titanium alloy.

Is the most widely used titanium alloy Ti 6 al 4 v (TC4), al Ti - 5-2.5 - Sn (TA7) and pure titanium (TA1, TA2 and TA3).
